RULES
The Terms and Conditions of The Vedanta International are specified to assure customers regarding its procedures for payment, custom orders, returns and replacement, cancellations, damage, and shipping before the customer purchasing any products.
Payment Policy
We accept only NEFT and wire transfers along with wire transfer fees added. Please Note: we will not process the order to build stage until full payment has been received in our company bank account.
Return & Replacement Policy
Return of any products is not permitted without prior approval and should be mailed within 07 days of receipt of products. Only imperfect or misshaped products will be replaced. There will be a 40% restocking fee for any product returned that is not defective or not misshaped. Also, Returns must be shipped prepaid freight. Whereas, the shipping fees are non-refundable.
All warranties, actual or implied, are the sole responsibilities of the manufacturer and should be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair after coordinating with The Vedanta International.
Custom orders, and items that have been torn, used, dirty, altered, damaged, or modified by the customer will NOT be accepted for any kind of refund or replacement.
Order Cancellations Policy
Cancellations of any merchandise will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation of any merchandise that has already been shipped will be treated as a return. Procedures for Returns are summarized above.
In case of any Loss or Damage:
Please check the items received instantly upon receipt. We will file a claim with the shipping company for lost or damaged merchandise.
Pricing Policy
Due to changing manufacturer, shipping & fuel costs, all items are sold at the listed price on the day of ordering. Typographical errors are not honored.
Shipping Policy:
The majority of items have shipping costs stated so you know total costs in advance. Items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and shipping costs are determined by customer location.
Due Care:
Our products are made with heavy-duty polyester ripstop canvas exteriors. Please note that the product needs to be kept in conditions where it is allowed to dry promptly after rainfall to prevent the build-up of mildew and mould. The Canvas and linings need to be cleaned with water at the end of each season and folded away COMPLETELY DRY to prevent the build-up of mildew. The cotton linings will not shrink but must be cleaned/ hand washed in cold water to prevent the dyes from fading. Also, the dyes will fade over some time from prolonged sun exposure to give a beautiful weathered look. Our fabric is treated with a flame retardant chemical. When you get our new tent then it will work properly but after time to time, the property of the chemical is reduced. So, we shall always recommend to our buyers to spray flame retardant chemicals on the tent fabric from time to time.
Warranty:
All The Vedanta International products are warranted against manufacturing defects only.
